Where should I stay?

Halifax has lots of great accommodation options, including hotels and AirBNBs. We have negotiated a special rate at The Westin Nova Scotian, a lovely hotel less than a five minute walk from our wedding venue. For access to our unique booking page please visit the "travel" section of our wedding website. If you choose to stay in an AirBNB, homes in the South End or in Downtown Halifax will be closest to the venue.

Help! I have children!

We love your kids, but they are not invited to the welcome toast, or the wedding. They are however welcome to join us for Brunch on Sunday. If you are bringing your kids to Halifax and need babysitting suggestions please reach out!

Is there a gift registry?

The most important thing to us is that you're able to come and celebrate our wedding. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would graciously accept a contribution towards our Winter 2026 honeymoon.

How do I RSVP?

There is an RSVP tab here on our wedding website. Simply enter your name or email address and you should be able to find your name, and the name of anyone else tied to your invite. If you have any difficulty please reach out to us.

What's the deal with brunch?

The Sunday Brunch is entirely optional! We have made a LARGE (but not large enough for everyone, so please RSVP early) reservation at a casual restaurant in downtown Halifax. The brunch is $25pp (including tax and tip) and includes eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, toast, and yogurt. We ask that you cover your meal, but mimosas, caesars, and coffees are on us!

What if my plans change?

We would love to see as many of you as possible for the whole wedding weekend, but we recognize that plans may change. Feel free to RSVP YES to our Welcome Toast and Sunday Brunch, even if you may have to miss them in the end. You can always let us know directly if you need to bow out.

This is my first Gay Wedding. What do I need to know?

Gay weddings can be intimidating affairs. Access the link below for a handy guide to help you prepare for the festivities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igDCnUaAxAQ
