Getting around
Halifax is a relatively easy city to get around. If you are coming for the weekend, and don't plan to leave downtown Halifax, you will not need a car. Getting to and from the airport can either be done via taxi or Uber. Both cost between $55-$60 each way. If you plan to explore the area you may want to rent a car. Lots of options exist at the Halifax airport. The Westin Nova Scotia offers on site parking at $25 a day.
